1. Junior Sales Executive

The Role :

  • This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join and complement our existing sales team.
  • Selling new and used vehicles, & working towards targets.
  • Ensuring these targets are achieved by utilising all resources efficiently.
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Maximising sales potential by proactively sourcing new customers.
  • Providing finance solutions to customers and reaching car finance sales targets.


  • The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in sales, not necessarily in the motor industry, although this will be an advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Experience with working independently as well as in a team based environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiating and closing skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering results in a current role is important.
  • Computer technology experience required.
  • A passion for the motor industry.
  • Full clean driving licence.



2. Product Host

The Role:

  • Greeting new customers who arrive to the showroom with a high level of courtesy and professional manner.
  • Creating a relaxed and an exceptional experience for the customer.
  • Managing queries appropriately and providing quality information efficiently.
  • Updating customer and vehicle records when required.
  • Updating the website with images and sales information.
  • Preparing the showroom and cars for the day ahead.
  • Organising and accompanying customers on test-drives.


  • A confident communicator with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to efficiently work under pressure.
  • Experience with working independently as well as in a team based environment.
  • Proven track record in customer service & delivering results.
  • Computer technology experience required.
  • Interest in learning about our products and service.
  • A passion for the motor industry.
  • Full clean driving licence

3. Apprentice Mechanic

The Role:

  • You will receive hands on practical training to Industry and manufacturers guidelines in our state of the art workshop.
  • The successful candidate will assist in the servicing and repairing of vehicles to the highest standards.
  • You will gain technical competence in the mechanics of a vehicle.
  • You will also be trained to have thorough knowledge of the electrical components and be comfortable with using the latest diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults.


  • Experience or interest in the motor industry an advantage
  • Full Clean Driving Licence essential
  • Fluent English
  • Computer literacy an advantage

4. Qualified Mechanic

The Role:

  • Ability to quickly and effectively carry out fault diagnosis, service and repair on motor vehicles and light commercials.
  • Good mechanical aptitude.
  • Undertaking full inspection before hand-over to customer.
  • Understanding of diagnostics and fault finding
  • Good communication skills to work with peers & talk to customers.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team environment.
  • Maintain a clean and neat workspace and adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
  • Recording all relevant repair & warranty details. Complete manufacturing write-ups and follow warranty manufacturing repairs guidelines.
  • To be willing to attend manufacturers training modules. 

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Must be fully qualified mechanic
  • Full Clean Driving Licence essential
  • Experience in a dealership environment would be an advantage

5. Service Advisor

The Role :

  • Must have knowledge and experience within the motor industry.
  • Ability to listen to customer requests of the service required, and clearly explain information on the service/repair order.
  • Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, receiving vehicle information, & followup calls.
  • Estimating the cost, requirements and time needed to do the repair.
  • Involves customer service skills including strong communication skills to interact with customers & peers.



  • Motor industry experience required.
  • ADP/Kerridge experience required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to efficiently work under pressure in a very busy department.
  • Full clean driving licence.
